  Tea :
      Camellia sinensis more commonly known as tea. It is second most consumed beverage in the world beside water. Commercially available forms of black, green, and oolong tea are manufactured from leaves and buds of c. Sinensis. 


Tea Tasting :
     It is a process by which a taster determine of a particular that characterstic and she/he can evaluate of the tea. 



TEA TASTING : 
           Tea tasting is the process in which a trained taster determine the quality of a particular tea. Due to climate conditions, topography manufacturing process and differents cultivars tea plants. The final product may have vastly different flavour and appearance.
      These differences can be tasted by trained taster in order to ascertain the quality prior to sale or posibly blending.
      Tea tasting is a wonderful experience that corrects you with your sence it take practices to develop yours palate and be able to distinguesh some not so obviow flauour notes.



      
PROCESS OF TEA TASTING : 
    For tea tasting we have to follow three types of process -

     1. Dry leaf Assesment - dry leaf assesments means, identify the outlook of the tea leaves in simple cuords to see the appearance of dry leaf. Here we see the outlook , size and the grades of tea leaf 

2. Liquor Assesment - in liqour assesment we see the colour thickness and taste of the tea. Here we see the outlook of colour, body for thickness and the taste for brisknees or horsnees.
         Sipping process - sip should be lauder and noisey.

3. Infusion Assessment and infused leaf Assesment -Here we see the appearance of the infused leaf and how it's smells.
